Shorecliffe Training Ltd were the proud main sponsors of local Denbigh resident and family member, Kevin Roberts, who ran the London Marathon in April 2011 for the first time.
Kevin raised money for the S.C.B.U (Special Care Baby Unit) at Glan Clwyd Hospital, North Wales – in the region of £4604.00p
Kevin and Joanna’s son Jake spent the first 5 weeks of his life here in their care and Jake is now 7 years old……

Sunday 21st November 2010 – 1/2 marathon warm up….. Kevin says…….All in all it’s been a good day, i managed to do the Conway Half Marathon in 2hrs and 1 minute. A big thank you to Bob Neale who has given me so much support and advice for the last few weeks. The reason behind this madness is to put me in a good place to complete the London Marathon in April to raise a lot of money for the special care baby unit at Glan Clwyd where my son Jake spent his first 5 weeks of his life
