Shorecliffe Training Ltd was founded in 1992 at the original premises in Factory Road, Sandycroft, Deeside.
The company relocated to new premises in Denbigh, North Wales in 1998 and also came under new ownership and with increased staff and resources.
Shorecliffe Training Ltd Offer the New Road & Streetworks for Operatives and Supervisors (NRSWA) and also in 2011 became a REASSESSMENT CENTRE FOR NRSWA. We also run Street Works units as stand alone refresher training i.e CAT and Genny or the Signing, Lighting and Guarding elements too.
We are a CPCS Accredited Plant Test Centre plus NPORS centre and also In-House Shorecliffe certified certificates for Plant and Machinery.
We became a registered centre for the Driver CPC periodic training under JAUPT in March 2010. 35 hours of Driver CPC training needs to be completed before September 2014 in order to keep using your LGV / HGV or PSV / PCV licence. A variety of modules are available – please ring or email for details. These are available off site and on site. Module 4 of the CPC Initial is also available at the centre.

We are also registered centre for NVQ Level 2 in Plant Operations under CAA as well as NVQ Level 2 in Construction Operations and NVQ Level 2 in Carry and Deliver Goods. These can be delivered via apprenticeship programmes. The new NVQ Level 1 for Labourers CSCS cards are available through the centre as is the CSCS HSE tests for 5 workstations at one time.
In 2010 we also set up a DRIVING SCHOOL with Clive Edwards being a highly experienced driving instructor with being a FLEET registered assessor too. The Driving school based on the Colomendy Ind Est in Denbigh covering Denbigh, Ruthin, Corwen, Mold and into Rhyl.
We have a set up for B & E trailer towing training and test with a Ford Transit Connect and trailer that conform to DVSA test standards. We generally use our own test centre in Denbigh but can also take candidates to Caernarfon or Llay if preferred.
We run many short duration courses to include Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Working at Heights as well as Asbestos Awareness courses in conjunction with Wayne Bagnall Consultants from Warrington and various Health and Safety for Plant and Site Awareness and also tailor made COSHH and Risk Assessment workshops.
